          A Positive Choice has no minimum number requirements for it's training & price is individually based.

          We are always willing to assist.

  •  One day & half day training seminars for larger groups.

 

We also offer training on Practical Performance Management Systems which provide an effective tool for planning resource, allocation & change.Our training provides managers with a good understanding of the system & how to carry out a good quality appraisal which will benefit both the company & the employee.

We also deliver training courses, based on your business, which will develop employee understanding of the importance of the Performance Management system to both business & employees & will enable them to produce good quality narratives & assessments which will be of value to their develoment & CVs

This will give you a straightforward analysis of how your current workforce meets your business needs in terms of numbers & skills.
