Terms and Conditions
A Positive Choice undertakes to deliver the training & coaching, to the best of it's ability, as specified within the framework agreed during the consultation meeting & confirmed in writing.
A Positive Choice will do it's best to ensure this training is applied but cannot guarantee results.
The agreed fees will be stated in the training confirmation & will be payable within 30 days of the delivery of the training/coaching.
A Positive Choice undertakes to complete the free action plan & follow through following payment.
Should the client wish to change or cancel the agreed dates this must be done & confirmed in writing at least 10 days prior to the arranged date. The client will then be liable for a £50.00 administration fee & the cost of hire of any venue.
It may exceptionally be necessary, for reasons outside the control of A Positive Choice, to make alterations to the agreed course arrangements. If this is the case A Positive Choice will endeavour to provide the agreed training as soon as possible at a time & place to suit the client.
Any venue arranged with the agreement of the client is subject to the terms & conditions set by the venue owners. A Positive Choice or it's trainers cannot accept responsibility for any loss of life, loss or damage or injury except if arising from a direct result of negligence on our part
Any information obtained during training/coaching is confidential to the relevent client & will not be divulged except as is relevent to the training needs.
No details will be passed by A Positive Choice to anyone outside of the training environment or the direct management of the client company.
All information obtained during one to one coaching is totally confidential & will not be divulged without the coachee's permission.
Any records held by A Positive Choice are strictly for the purpose of completing the training.
Standards are governed by The Coaching Academy Code of Ethics & the relevent sections of the Data Protection Regulations.
