How A Positive Choice works
APC will arrange to discuss with you, in an initial free consultation, either face to face or on the telephone, your needs and preferences about what is required to enhance and progress your business.
APC will take your requirements into account when developing the training.
This will be specific to you/your company and can be a "one off" session ie: Customer Service or Diversity, or a series of coaching meetings for personal development (especially useful for current or future managers)
APC will provide regular feedback to the company on progress.
APC will provide an additional free follow up evaluation if required to ensure that training is being put into practice.

APC is registered under the Data Protection Act. Confidentiality is assured at all times.
Please note that, whilst the training progress can be discussed with the company, any personal issues or restricted business information arising on 'One to One' sessions remains strictly confidential.
