Martena Langley, has extensive experience in the private and public sector.

She has over 20 years 'hands-on' management experience, part of this managing large teams of staff in the public sector through periods of change.

She is a qualified Advanced Personal Development Coach (Distinction), a One to One Trainer, a Business Link Mentor and a member of the Learning Skills Council.

Her enthusiasm and commitment to carrying a positive and practical 'hands on' approach to life and business and its' problems runs through all her training.

Paul Strong has spent many years working in the catering and finance industries. Over 20 of those years have been spent in pro-active management and leadership roles.

He is a Qualified Life Coach as well as successfully completing a Diploma in management Studies at Henley Management College.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of training and coaching on an individual and group basis and he brings an energy to his workshops which is rarely seen in today's Learning and Development world.
